Bid Overview.
Real-time view of every active pursuit — Cortex's bottom-up cost basis, top-down comp-anchored benchmark, OWP's submitted bid (where applicable), and win-probability optimum per project. Click any row to drop into the buildup, scope manifest, and win-prob curve.
Every bid OWP has submitted, newest first. Active bids still in the Estimator Studio (analyzing / drafting) only enter this table once they're submitted — that's when they start affecting win-rate tracking. Closed jobs are the ground truth Cortex uses to price the next one; lost bids anchor the win-rate calibration. ✓ Live wire from Supabase projects — unit counts, bid $, GC, owner, competitor, and bid date are all live. Direct-cost and margin columns are empty on lost rows by definition (no actuals to reconcile).

Bid Calendar.
Every date that matters across the active pipeline — proposal deadlines, walkthroughs, GC response windows, lifecycle decisions. Auto-derived from project metadata milestones and lifecycle outcomes. Updates the moment a new bid is ingested or a lifecycle state changes.
Events are auto-extracted from each bid's project.milestones[] array + lifecycle bid_outcome fields (submitted dates, decision dates, R2 due dates). To add a milestone manually, edit the project metadata JSON and re-sync — it'll appear here on next load. Subscribe to the .ics feed to mirror this calendar into Google Calendar / iCal / Outlook.
Bid Review.
Pre-submit review sheets for every active bid · the one-page artifact you walk through with Rich at the bid-review meeting. Project facts (auto-cited from cover/parser), Cortex bid triangulation (bottom-up vs top-down vs OWP submitted), comp anchors, win-probability call, and recommendations — all on one page. Print it for the meeting. Updates live from Supabase as bids advance.

🚨 CRITICAL — Submeter system priced at $0. Spec 010000 explicitly requires "transceivers and repeaters." Bluebeam template missing tags. Atom estimate $50–70k.
⚠ HIGH — Bluebeam template references 2017 Fairfield Bear Creek plans. Template hygiene · re-point to current Plans.pdf.
⚠ HIGH — Cast iron stack qty hand-entered, not Bluebeam-counted. $215k scope · markup tag missing.
+ 3 medium findings · 1 confirmed-ok (heat-pump plant, dog wash both priced correctly).
